I have taught and demonstrated in Scotland, England, South Africa and Ireland. Students have come to me from Japan, Russia, India and America.

The training courses are available for bakery/hotel staff, individuals or groups of up to 8. Courses are tailored to the customer's requirements but I do find the "Wedding Cake Course" and "Starting up Your own Business" course the most sought after.

Tuition is available during January, February and March. Tuition at any other time of the year can be arranged subject to Diana's business commitments.

These ladies had been sugarcrafting in Japan for over 5 years and wanted to come over here to learn some new techniques. During the 5 days they managed to take back two pieces of sugarcraft.
