Born
and raised in Hong Kong, Diana became a Civil Servant where her
duties took her to a myriad of functions at large hotels. She was
greatly taken by the displays in culinary art, especially those
relating to sugarcraft.
She undertook training courses and eventually moved to Glasgow
with a career in audio-visual programming, but still maintaining
a high hobby level in sugarcrafting. The advent of marriage and
her first child in 1985 provided the opportunity to found Top Tier
and her own business in sugarcraft.
